What is "Idea Talks"?

I commonly have ideas that I feel need to be shared. This is my little soapbox. Hopefully others will read it and maybe one or two of my ideas will actually catch on. Mostly I think about Science, politics, technology, and Software but I doubt my ideas will stay contained to just those subjects.
